En un diario guatemalteco encontré el siguiente titular.

*Acusado de descuartizar a su víctima queda ligado a proceso*

He estado tratando de traducir al inglés lo de "queda ligado a proceso" pero no estoy seguro. Aquí tienen mi intento:

Man accused of dismembering victim sent to trial

El subtítulo dice lo siguiente.

"El Juzgado Segundo de Instancia Penal ligó a proceso y dictó prisión preventiva a Juan Carlos, de 26 años, presunto descuartizador de un hombre, hecho que perpetró en el 2008 y lo mantuvo guardado por cuatro años."
