Lo trovo tra parentesi in un testo relativo a circuiti elettrici delle turbine. Nello specifico, si trova nel capitolo che tratta del mantenimento della velocità. In pratica, un pacchetto I/O mantiene la velocità della turbina e si resetta in determinate condizioni, una delle quali è:
"XXX (che sta per il nome di una variabile) si modifica in Falso (you first start turning)"
La frase successiva (già tradotta) dice: "Questi segnali sono utilizzati per determinare la velocità massima ottenuta durante il funzionamento o dopo aver arrestato la turbina".
