I'm not sure how to translate "la segunda más documental" here, so any assistance would be appreciated.

A veces el lenguaje que utilizan (utilizamos) los jueces y abogados parece destinado a que no lo entiendan los demás. En este caso, lo que pienso que ocurre es que, al enumerar las pruebas, muchas veces se dice así:
- PRIMERA (prueba aportada): Documental
- SEGUNDA: Más documental (para significar que se aporta otro documento).

Es decir, se enumera y luego se especifica el tipo de prueba propuesta (documental, testifical, pericial...) y si hay más de una prueba de cada tipo, se expresa como en el texto de este caso: más documental, pericial, etc.

Por lo tanto, yo no me complicaría y, para las pruebas documentales, lo traduciría simplemente así: first exhibit, second exhibit, etc.

Asker: Many thanks for your help, although I'm not sure that "second exhibit" fits exactly in this context, because the text does not seem to limit "prueba documental" to one exhibit only. I was therefore wondering whether "further/other documentary evidence" might be more appropriate for the phrase that I have queried.
