German to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Medical: Pharmaceuticals / etheric oils
German term or phrase: Lieferantenschutzerklärung
1.) Minzöl: Information, falls Kunde eine Offenlegung per Lieferantenschutzerklärung erhalten hat.

My suggested translation for term in this context:

1.) Mint Oil: Information relevant to customers who’ve recieved disclosure via statment protecting suppliers’ interests.

What do you think? Dict.cc lists Kundenschutz as customer protection. But I think in this case going for an English compound noun as opposed to verb structure would decrease readability in English. If any ideas, would appreciate soon, my deadline's mon. 23rd, noon, central European time.

Document type = formal letter & email to world-wide customers of middle-size producer of natural health & pharma. products.

Target audience for translation = world-wide wholesalers of natural health & pharmaceutical products.

Thanks v. much.

Thanks, Michael. "Supplier protection agreement" is, I think, better than your other suggestion, "supplier interests protection statement", just because less wordy, & therefore less readable. By giving it a 3 I hope I've understood the grading system correctly - I wanted to give it the 2nd best rating possible.
