Se deberá controlar que los procesos de captura y validación de datos de mercado, sean consistentes con un mercado líquido y activo. Dicha captura debe llevarse a cabo sin la intervención de los **tomadores de riesgo**, es decir, de fuentes independientes.

"Risk takers" does not sound good IMHO.
Is there a specific term for this?
Thank you in advance!

“risk takers” PLEASE SEE EXPLANATION

Explanation:

Hello,

I think the expression “risk takers” is used in the financial environment. I found documents from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Barron and Goldman Sachs with references to the “risk takers” in only 5 minutes searching in Internet.

Here one paper from Goldman Sachs: http://www.goldmansachs.com/our-thinking/topics/brics/brics-...

And the online dictionary Ask defines “risk taker” as: “person or corporation inclined to take risks.” This is a very clear definition.

Personally, I don’t think it is necessary to invent other word to say: “tomadores de riesgo”.

Regards

Domingo
