Es geht um Informationen für Kunden bezüglich EXW-Lieferungen.

"Im Falle von EXW-Lieferungen werden wir Ihnen detaillierte Informationen zum Gefahrguttransport mit der Benachrichtigung zur ** Versandbereitstellung ** übermitteln, damit Sie einen für Gefahrguttransporte befähigten Versanddienstleister mit der Abholung der Sendung beauftragen können."

Bei EXW werden ja die Güter am Werk (Ex Works) des Herstellers abgeholt, also von ihm wird nichts aktiv verschickt. Es muss also ausgedrückt werden, dass der Hersteller die Ware zur Abholung bereitstellt. Leider findet sich hier kein fixer Terminus dafür. Ich hatte in die Richtung "Preparation for dispatch" gedacht, wollte das aber nochmals verifiziert haben.

Your own suggestion is what the Benz/Wessels Wörterbuch Logistik offers, as opposed to "Versandbereitschaft" is rendered as "readiness for dispatch".
In the context of a "Benachrichtigung", i.e. that the "Güter" <have been prepared for dispatch, "readiness for dispatch" might be a valid option here.
