That is really useful to know. As in the UK that would be called "fixtures and fittings", it raises the usual question about whether this is intended for a US or a UK readership, because one would have to avoid translating this as "incorporated materials" for a US readership.

Certainly in use in US English

"(7) Incorporated materials--Tangible personal property that becomes a part of any building or other structure, project, development, or other permanent improvement on or to such real property including tangible personal property that, after installation, becomes real property by virtue of being embedded in or permanently affixed to the land or structure constituting realty and which property after installation is necessary to the intended usefulness of the building or other structure."

Is it something that anyone in the English-speaking civil engineering business would actually say?

I just wonder, because it sounds too literal to be likely; and so it also feels like it should be something for which there is a regular phrase.

Looking at the list this occurs in, it seems to me that "dépenses de matériaux et de matières incorporées," includes the cost of everthing: bags of cement, steel girders, nuts and bolts, bricks etc. that is incorporated in the structure, but excluding the cost of temporary shuttering, site facilities etc. For that reason, the broad term "incorporated materials" seems right.

Given that this is some kind of civil engineering structure, it is possible that the "matériaux" are concrete and the like, while the "matières incorporées" might be the associated steelwork. There again, it could, just possibly, refer to shuttering and other associated stuff. It all rather depends (as always) on the specific context.
