agree  pikzibner: Slažem se da je jednokratno, samo mislim da nije spretn postavljeno pitanje , nije jednokratni razvoj, nego je trebalo stajati "on(c)e-off development fee", to je neka jednokratna naknada za "development", pretpostavljam možda izgradnju, gradnju ovdje
