Hi - this is from a proposal from a software company to build an Information System for Insurance companies. The full segment is:

L’extraction des données ne pourra pas être réalisée en parallèle pendant que le système est utilisé par les collaborateurs en production, au risque d’occasionner certaines gênes. Ces extractions pourront se faire pendant la journée hors quinzaine de UAT. [UAT is "User Acceptance Test" ]

They are talking about 'windows' during which time they can extract data from one database in order to migrate it to another, but I'm a bit stuck with the last part of the sentence.
