Festigkeit Explanation: im Sinne von "wie es sich hält, wenn es transportiert, verpackt wird, länger liegt...". Diese Eigenschaft ergänzt die Haltbarkeit (conservation). Vllt kannst du auch mit der Wendung "wie es sich hält" arbeiten. |

Aussehen, Optik Explanation: Hallo Simone, das erste, was mir in den Sinn kam, ist dass das Aussehen der Früchte mit *tenue* gemeint ist. Kommt das vielleicht auch im übrigen Kontext hin? Viele Grüße |

tenue (d\'un fruit) Haltbarkeit Explanation: beide Begriffe, (tenue et conservation) beziehen sich ja auf die Haltbarkeit, Du könntest, wenn Du das Wort nicht für beide verwenden willst, zwischen Haltbarkeit und gute Lagerfähigkeit variienen. |
