Asker: este "in calitate de promitent coschimbas, denumit in cointinuare promitent 1" . Daca pun Promising Party la prima, la promitent 1 ce mai ramane? Promissory Party? Termenul de exchange nu intra deloc? Pun atatea intrebari pentru ca am inteles ce inseaman termenul in romana pana la urma, dar nu gasesc ceva echivalent in engleza si imi trebuie o parafrazare.
