Je cherche la traduction de "raffreddamento" dans le contexte suivant :
"I campioni sottoposti ad esami frattografici sono stati preparati come segua: I campioni Z, Y, X e W sono stati tagliati mediante una sega a nastro con raffreddamento, allo scopo di ridurne la loro lunghezza per consentirne l'inserimento nella camera sotto vuoto del SEM operando in modo tale da non alterare le superfici di rottura."

En fait, j'ai du mal à savoir ce qui est refroidi, la scie ou le matériau découpé.
