For a website:
The above refers to the presence of a hotel's swimming pool. Try as I might I cannot get myself into a mindset where the presence of a pool gives me feelings of lightness, opportunity and escape. Later in the text, the garden gives a feeling of tranquillity which I am quite at home with.
I'm hoping that one of you marketeers can help me out with the right terminology here!

Full context: "En effet, la piscine dominant la baie donne un sentiment de légèreté, de possibilité, d'évasion, le jardin provençal une sensation de quiétude."

I see this as making sense literally. Surely the idea is that one feels one can escape from everyday life, and feel the lightness of our everyday burdens being lifted, with endless possibilities becoming possible for us because a swimming pool overlooking a sea bay is quite dreamlike and relaxing. Therefore, I can identify with the swimming pool giving me a feeling of "lightness, opportunity, and escape".

I think these are meant to be feelings evoked by the sight of this pool.

Thanks for your helpful comments. I talked this through with a few people and came to the conclusion that my first thoughts had been a little "negative". I did substitute "ease" for "lightness" at the suggestion of BD Finch. Thanks to everyone.

Explanation:
I would tone it down a bit (I don't think you can say in English that a swimming pool creates a sense of possibility) and combine the pool and the garden into one sentence.

The Provencal garden, and the pool overlooking the bay, induce a sense of calm, relaxed contemplation.

I agree with phil that 'possibilité' is very difficult to render in English, so I have left it out. I think that making the nouns adjectives also helps the fluency.

I translated légèreté directly into lightness because I felt like both words conveyed the same tone and meaning. I made possibilities plural because it sounds more appealing than the singular "feeling of possibility" which would also sound awkward. Finally, I translated "d'évasion" into "a chance to get away" because that's a commonly used English expression which conveys the feeling of relief from everyday life in advertising.
