disagree  GILLES MEUNIER: on parle d'opportunités ou de perspectives

-> I don't think your retaliatory 'disagree' is truly linguistically justified. This is certainly one possible valid term, though I do think the other suggestions are better, of course.

neutral  B D Finch: I'd agree, but I think that it also covers prospects for career advancement by getting a better job with a different employer.

-> Thanks, B! Given the specific context, I think this is more to do with staying with the same employer, rather than a wider context.

neutral  Daryo: maybe a too narrow view; could well be about other prospective jobs, or simply prospects in life in general.

-> COULD be, but in my experience of these situations, it is more about not wanting to be obliged to change jobs (if indeed one can find one), etc.

perspectives de carrière

Explanation:
"prospects" a ici le sens de perspectives.
S'agissant d'abus sexuels dans le cadre professionnel j'opterais pour une solution plus spécifique en parlant de craintes pour les perspectives de carrière.

neutral  Daryo: very plausible option. BUT "S'agissant d'abus sexuels …."? What makes you assume it's the ONLY possible reason? Could as well be the case of someone refusing to be overworked to the point of exhaustion? Or subjected to bullying, or nitpicking?
