Bonjour,

Voici le contexte :
Durch eine klare und eindeute Delegation der Unternehmerpflichten auf nachgestellte Führungskräfte mit disziplinarischer Vorgesetztenfunktion.
et mon premier jet "La délégation claire et précise des responsabilités du chef d'entreprise au personnel d'encadrement occupant une fonction hiérarchique." (nachgestellte sous son autorité ?, j'ai omis "disziplinarischer").

Peut-on parler de "transfert d'obligations" ou "de responsabilités" mais dans ce cas, n'aurait-on pas Verantwortung?
