المدعى عليها Explanation: Nel processo civile il convenuto interviene nella causa promossa (o iniziata) dal ricorrente, di solito lo fa con il deposito di una memoria che si chiama "MEMORIA DI COSTITUZIONE". Esso ha la facoltà di costituirsi in giudizio, o con il deposito della memoria in cancelleria o in udienza. Quindi quando il convenuto risponde al ricorrente, si dice: si è costituito in giudizio, è viene chiamato convenuto costituito.
