Just to clarify that my confidence level refers to my UNDERSTANDING of the meaning. I provided a solution that EXPLAINS what the meaning is and how it could be rendered in English. I specified that my solution could be used as a starting point ("something along these lines") to improve on the style, since I am NOT an English speaker. I thought my English colleagues would provide better solutions or improvements on my own answer. Let's wait and see if anything helpful comes out.

neutral  Oliver Lawrence: It is a bit too Italianised, really.// If your answer was tentative, you could have given it a lower confidence level.

Explanation:
with reference to/concerning hospital matters/decisions/???, how much influence do you have compared to budget management staff?

I´m not so very happy with the result, I must say; the original sentence doesn´t sound really complete (and furthermore, it should be *a livello dell´ospedale* imho)
