Es geht um einen Marketingtext, bei dem es um die Prämienverleihung für Qualtiät und Innovation geht, hierbei weiss ich nicht so recht, wie ich diesen Begriff rüberbringen soll:

son aspectos que el jurado valora en cada edición de los Premios, *en una apuesta más de la Dirección*, por la calidad, la innovación y en definitiva el trabajo bien hecho.

Mein bisheriger Vorschlag:
sind Aspekte, die von der Jury bei jeder Prämienverleihung bewertet werden, und auf die zusätzlich von der Geschäftsleitung Wert gelegt wird, wie auf die Qualität, die Innovation und letztendlich auf gut erledigte Arbeit.

"apostar por algo" es un giro que se ha puesto de moda, en mi opinión significa lo mismo y se usa igual que "auf etwas setzen" en alemán.

"... von der Jury bei jeder Prämienverleihung bewertet werden, wobei die Geschäftsleitung erneut auf Qualität, Innovation ... setzt."

Es una apuesta más de la dirección porque esta será la que determina los criterios que tiene que aplicar el Jurado. La coma detrás de "Dirección" supongo que es una errata.
