é isso que acontece. O condutor do veículo entrega as chaves do veículo à entrada e o carro é arrumado por um funcionário. Para recuperar o carro, o cliente tem de dizer qual é a matrícula. Já tive uma cena bem caricata aqui em Bruxelas com um dos meus irmãos que tinha alugado um carro e estacionou-o no dito parque sem fixar a matrícula. Foi o cabo dos trabalhos para o recuperar...

If a venue or institution offers stack parking, it is generally an alternative to self-parking in distant locations or metered parking. The driver pulls up to a designated location and hands over his or her car keys to a valet. The valet, often working in tandem with other parking attendants, drives the vehicle to a reserved parking area. Since the stack parking area is usually restricted to authorized valets, they are free to park the cars as close together as possible. If a car's owner needs to reclaim his or her car, the valets can move several cars at once to release it.
