Wie versteht Ihr diesen Satzteil? Ich gehe davon aus, dass geprüft werden soll, ob Vermögenswerte des Mieters in irgendeiner Form belastet sind und die Bank bzw. ein Finanzinstitut einen Zugriff darauf hat. Wie kann ich das aber kurz und knapp im Deutschen ausdrücken? Habt Ihr eine Idee?
