Hello. This is from some terms and conditions for services and licensing for some software, under the definition of 'Saas' (Software as a Service):

"Licencia personal e intransferible, aunque no exclusiva, de uso de un software, programa/s informático/s que se articula mediante un régimen de servicio, a través de la correspondiente plataforma informática SaaS XXX, disponible mediante Internet y alojada en servidores."

XXX is the name of the application.

I was thinking “run as a service” at first, then looking into it I case across terms such as:
