Es geht um einen klinischen Studienvertrag, in dem das Klinikum, an dem die Studie durchgeführt wird, zur Geheimhaltung verpflichtet wird. Ganz klassisch gibt es von dieser Geheimhaltungspflicht Ausnahmen: "

"The foregoing obligation of non-disclosure shall not apply to Confidential Information:
a. ***at or after such time that it is or becomes publicly available*** through no fault of Institution

Ich hänge nun bei dieser Formulierung. Ist damit einfach gemeint: "confidential Information a. that - at or after such time - is or becomes publicy availabe"?

Der Punkt ist, dass man diese Formulierung im Internet mehrfach findet, ich damit aber einfach nichts anfangen kann. Aber vielleicht stehe ich auch nur auf dem Schlauch?
