Notes to answerer Asker: Gio, perdona, pero....no entiendo entonces el sentido...y, la verdad, no sè como traducirlo...porque la sociedad es una S.r.l. y dice que tiene que suscribir una serie de acuerdos o documentos, entre ellos este SPA....que documento o contrato es???...luego dice que èste regula los tèrminos y condiciones de la compraventa de bienes..... Que debe transformarse en una sociedad anònima?, no le veo el sentido. QUE TE PARECE A TI? Asker: NADA!!! SOLUCIONADO!!!!....He encontrado la soluciòn... en otro documento de la misma empresa habla del contrato prelimitar de compraventa que se denominarà "SPA"....no serìa màs fàcil haberlo llamado precontrato como en todo el mundo???....uffff!!!...Bueno, perdona!!! y gracias por la ayuda!!!! :))))
