U sudskoj presudi nailazim na sljedeci izraz koji me u svakodnevnoj uporabi nikako ne iznenadjuje, ali ovdje....

U presudi postoji obrazlozenje, sama presuda koju nazivaju razlicitim nazivima (dispozitiv, presuda, presudni dio...) ali dosadjujuci jos nisam vidjela. Any ideas?
