The seller and buyer want to state historical sales (certified or audited), and forecasted sales based on current market assessment (which, in turn, justifies the value/price of the shares sold). The context may be clearer elsewhere in your translation. Customer base is also interesting to have, but doesn't fit the actual term usage here.
