a mí me parece bien tu propuesta, creo que sensor de movimiento indica a la perfección lo que quiere decir el original.

He visto (en los enlaces que te adjunto) que a Wii Remote se le llama mando de Wii en España y Control Remoto Wii en América Latina.

En la página de nintendo indica esto: El mando de Wii Plus es el revolucionario mando de la consola Wii. Contiene un sensor de movimiento integrado y se comunica de manera inalámbrica con la barra de sensores para ofrecer una precisión y facilidad de uso sin precedentes.

Espero que pueda serte de ayuda.
