3 +1 | purse-string monofilament suture |

purse-string monofilament suture Explanation: v pár referencích jsem se dočetl, že tabákový je nesprávně, správně má být tabatěrkový/zdrhovací -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 30 min (2012-03-26 11:48:10 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- 1. Proveďte disekci podklíčkové nebo axilární tepny (v případě zavádění do podklíčkové neboaxilární tepny).2. Připravte dvojitý zdrhovací (tabatěrkový) steh na tepnu s podložením.3. Zaveďte jehlu do cévy.4. Posuňte vodicí drát do aorty, ale nikoliv do levé komory.5. Vyjměte jehlu a nahraďte ji za dilatátor. Cévu dilatujte. 1. Dissect the subclavian or axillary artery (in case of subclavian/axillary insertion).2. Prepare a double purse string suture with pledged suture pads on the artery.3. Introduce a needle into the vessel.4. Forward the guidewire into the aorta, but not into the left ventricle.5. Remove the needle and replace it by a dilator; dilate the vessel.6. Remove dilator and replace it by a larger diameter dilator; dilate the vessel up to the requireddiameter.7. Remove the dilator. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 32 min (2012-03-26 11:50:06 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- After the administration of heparin (100 U/kg) and placement of a purse-string monofilament suture (8–0 ethilon) at the proximal end of the isolated segment, the common carotid arteries were clamped proximally and distally and a 24-gauge catheter was inserted proximally through the purse string. http://atvb.ahajournals.org/content/18/7/1157.full |
