Контекст:

Following the German invasion the Aurora was moved to the Oranienbaum Roads, the seaward approaches to the small port of the same name (now Lomonosov) on the south side of the Gulf of Finland, 16 miles west of
Leningrad.

Во время Великой Отечественной войны крейсер "Аврора" находился в гавани Ломоносова. В первый период крейсер успешно отбивал налеты авиации, затем орудия были сняты для военных нужд. Крейсер получил более 300 пробоин и сел на мель. Оборона Ораниенбаумского плацдарма закончилась 27 января 1944 года.

Наталия, вот что еще обнаружила. Возможно это и есть Oranienbaum Roads
Великой Отечественной здесь базировался легендарный крейсер «Аврора». Здесь же проходила «малая Дорога жизни». см.:

Asker: Женя, я это читала. Но почему во множественном числе? И почему не просто haven. Кроме того, "Аврора" там оказалась еще до начала войны, в гавани.
