(mit Wumms) in die Luft geschwungen werden/Schwung in die Luft Explanation: Hochleben und hochheben sind doch zu schwach in dem Zusammenhang und ein Deutscher wird sich unweigerlich einen Stuhl o. ä. vorstellen, auf dem das Geburtstagskind mehr oder weniger dynamisch hochgehoben wird. In unten aufgeführter Quelle steht „rooted in the idea of delivering some form of physical torment to the person whose birthday it is, in order to drive away evil and to attract good luck“.
