Italian term or phrase: situazione economico-patrimoniale e finanziaria
Quite a number of gloss entries but not sure what is appropriate here:

"Non rispondeva dei bilanci e delle situazioni patrimoniali approvate alla reale **situazione economico-patrimoniale e finanziaria** della società [...] Da tutto sin qui exposto, emerge altresi chiaramente come le informazioni in merito alle commesse e sopratutto la loro valorizzazione quali lavori in corso nella voce "RIMANENZE" nei bilanci e nelle situazioni patrimoniali di XXX, fosse del tutto fantasiosa e non rispondesse in alcun modo all reale situazione delle commesse stesse".

operating results, financial position and cash flows
Explanation:
Authors often abbreviate this to something like "financial position and results". But it is best to be exhaustive in court.

The references here are to three documents, the conto economico= "situazione economico" (income statement) which is translated with operating results, the stato patrimoniale="sithazione patrimoniale" (balance sheet or as it is sometimes called statement of financial position) which is translated as financial position and rendiconto finanziario=situazione finanziaria (statement of cash flows) translated here as cash flows.

When auditors such as Deloitte or KPMG write a report to certify accounts, they say that they "give a true and fair view of the financial position, the results of the operations and of the cash flows". Copies I have are in image form so I can't past it all here.

agree  philgoddard: I think you may be over-translating somewhat, and Thomas' answer may be more appropriate, but this is a very well reasoned answer.

agree  CristianaC: or just financial and operating results, (because cash flows stat. is derived from the others, which are the ones that provide info on the company)

-> Yes its often abbreviated "financial and operating position" is often used too. The Italian is more concise than the English here.
