En XXX es necesario distinguir la deuda financiera corporativa y exigible a la compañía, de la asociada a proyectos solares que mayoritariamente cuentan con financiación mediante la modalidad de “Project Finance” y cuyas características pasan por: un alto apalancamiento financiero con largos calendarios de pagos estructurados a medida del proyecto, el no recurso a la compañía matriz y limitación al reparto de dividendos.
