akcije bez nominalne vrednosti Explanation: prema definiciji sa nemačkog kudosa gde je par value nominalna vrednost akcije Postoje pak slučajevi kada se akcije emituju bez nominalne vrednosti, kako bi sprečile vlasnike da se isuviše vežu za tu vredsnot i kako bi dobile mogućnost da prikupe veće iznose kapitala, pošto se akcije najčešće prodaju po višoj ceni od nominalne.
