Italian term or phrase: guaita male
Eine letztes Mal Pasolini: Il posteggiatore (di un piazza evidentemente romana) s’identifica, successivamente, e insieme, con tre suoi lontani avi dell’Italia povera. Del primo, Caput Coctu, si trova notizia nella Postilla amiantina (sec. XI: uno strambotto, probabilmente, segnato in margine a un atto notarile, forse del notaio stesso; Caput Coctu è un nomignolo, vuol dire Testa Calda). Anche gli altri due documenti, in cui si trova traccia del passaggio sulla terra di un certo Albertel e di un certo Gkisolfolo, sono del secolo XI: resti di volgare non pratico, ma dovuto a vivacità inventiva: Albertel è un personaggio di un’iscrizione spiritosa su un affresco della Chiesa di San Clemente a Roma; Gkisolfolo compare nella “testimonianza di Travale”: ed è appunto in questa testimonianza che si parla probabilmente di un certo soldato che faceva la guardia - a un posteggio del tempo! - di mala voglia (“Guaita, guaita male!” potrebbe essere detto ironicamente al posto di “Guarda, guarda bene”
