person exercising power Explanation: A hatáskört többféleképpen is kifejezhetjük, leggyakoribb változatai: - scope of authority - power(s) - competences Hatáskör, jogkör, stb. gyakorlása angolul to exercise. Szövegkörnyezettől függően kell megválasztani a legalkalmasabb variációt. Általánosságban alkalmazhatjuk az "exercise the power(s)" megoldást - mind természetes személyre (natural person), mind jogi személyre (legal person). Utóbbira két példa: "A tagállamok által a Szerződések értelmében a Közösségekre ruházott hatáskör gyakorlása jellegénél fogva folyamatosan alakul. The exercise of the powers which the Member States have transferred to the Communities under the Treaties is, by its nature, subject to continuous development." "Következésképpen e jog biztosítása a hatáskört gyakorló intézményektől függ. Consequently, the granting of this right depends on the institutions exercising that power." -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 hrs (2012-02-29 19:40:25 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Kedves Tünde, teljesen jogos az észrevételed. Sikerült figyelmen kívül hagynom a szövegkörnyezetet. |
