Asker: спасибо, но позволю себе усмониться - тут work at height plan, т.е. если кто-то сорвался - это один, два рабочих, их нужно снять. Думаю, раз тут про лифт говорят, то наверное и "ключи" тоже вполне логично. В вашем варианте довольно общее определение, коего нет в оригинале.
