Bardziej dosłownie należałoby przetłumaczyć jako sposób przygotowywania (jedzenia, dań) przekazanych z pokolenia na pokolenie, może troszkę naddaję znaczenia, ale tak to rozumiem... W związku z powyższym proponuję tutaj właśnie coś takiego: stanowi część tradycji (albo psosobu przygotowania jedzenia), która nie miałaby racji bytu bez soku naturalnego. |
