in alcune dichiarazioni scritte da presentare in tribunale, relative a problemi derivanti da un contratto di vendita (nello specifico, il venditore ha venduto all'acquirente una quantità di merce inferiore a quella prevista nel contratto), trovo la frase:

"the buyer, on the other hand, has as main contractual obligation to pay the price, and in fact to the seller's place of business (debt to be discharged at creditor's domicile) in contrast to the opinion that prevails in the C.C., to take delivery of the goods."

non riesco a capire il nesso di "and in fact to" con il resto della frase.

What I extrapolated is this:

The buyer, on the other hand, is contractually obligated to pay the price (of xyz), at the seller's place of business

But I am a bit confused by "seller" and "creditor" - are they the same in this case?

Also, "business" and "domicile" - two different meanings in English.

As is it seems that the buyer has to pay the seller for xyz by going to the seller's business, which is also the creditor's home. Hmmm...

Maybe someone else will come up with a better answer, but I think it simply means "at".
