Os auscultadores internos, que acompanham a maioria dos aparelhos portáteis, são mais nocivos do que os tradicionais “tapa-orelhas”, porque emitem o som no canal auditivo. Como não isolam bem do exterior, o utilizador tende a aumentar o volume.
