Norwegian (Bokmal) term or phrase: vederlagsaksjer
In Hydros annual report for 2010 it reads: "Utstedelse av vederlagsaksjer til Vale reduserte Nærings- og handelsdepartementets eierandel til 34,8 prosent av utestående aksjer."

This has been translated as follows: "The issue of consideration shares to Vale reduced the ownership interest of the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Norway to 34.8 percent of outstanding shares."

Can anyone confirm that "consideration shares" is right? I need convincing....
