Geschäftsführer unterliegen einem Wettbewerbsverbot. Sie durfen keine Geschäfte tätigen, die zum Geschäftsgegenstand der Gesellschaft gehören. Sie durfen sich weder unmittelbar noch mittelbar an solchen Geschäften oder an Untemehmen beteiligen, die im Wettbewerb mit der Gesellschaft stehen.
