Jaki jest francuski odpowiednik polskiego "wezwania do zapłaty"? Chodzi o nazwę listu polubownego, który poszkodowany wysyła skazanemu po zapadnięciu wyroku. Sprawa dotyczy konfliktu pracodawca-pracownik, w którym pracodawca nie wypłacił pracownikowi wynagrodzenia. Zdarzenie miało miejsce we Francji.
