protection from falling objects/falling-object protective structure Explanation: I see this as more oriented towards ensuring protection against objects falling from the shelves or 'pallet racks' (http://www.rackandshelf.com) in warehouse/factory environments. I found these links for some pleasant reading. The Iso stuff has to do with machines driven in hazardous situations-may not apply. But enjoy! http://www.safemanitoba.com/uploads/bulletins/standardiso_fo... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2012-01-15 21:37:43 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I've seen the words 'gantry' for a structure at construnction sites, or 'canopy' for something on driven machinery.
