civilian objects Explanation: skyddsobject = protected object, object to be protected But I believe that "skydds" is implied in the English term "civilian object." From link below on International Humanitarian Law: Rule 9. Civilian objects are all objects that are not military objectives. [IAC/NIAC] Rule 10. Civilian objects are protected against attack, unless and for such time as they are military objectives. Civilian protected property/location Explanation: Have encountered this term in the past for translations related to security and defence (for example Civil Aviation Authorities, transport agencies) and Civilian protected property/properties (or) location/s have invariably been accepted and approved by the client.
