I have to tanslate the following phrase: "Keep frozen berries on hand for a great go-to, low-cal dessert".

It's for Argentinean Spanish. The only thing I could come up to so far is "postre comodín de bajas calorías", but I'm not 100% sure. Any help is appreciated!
