I am working on a tender document from German to US English, where the abbreviations "AG" and "AN" are constantly used.
I assume AG stands for Angebotsgeber i.e. party submitting proposal and AN stands for the party receiving the proposal.
Can anyone tell me good businesslike US English terms for the two?

I suggest initial caps for easier reference. These are common German abbreviations in contracts.

(In employment contracts Arbeitgeber = Employer & Arbeitnehmer = Employee)
