disagree  Daniel Tavares: Desculpe, interruptor e disjuntor são componentes bem diferentes. Interruptor é uma simples chave liga/desliga como a que você usa para apagar a luz. Disjuntor, embora também seja um interruptor, é um dispositivo de proteção.

  -> certamente não são, Daniel... eu entendi que se trata de um ar condicionado de carro, onde há o relé que interrompe o ciclo de refrigeração (diferente da proteção do motor, que é realmente na parte elétrica, fusíveis, alternador...) Bom trabalho!

Informalmente se usa "ar condicionado" como sinônimo de "condicionador de ar", mas eu evitaria o uso da expressão em um documento cujo tom é mais formal ou técnico.
