I am translating a contract where both the terms "Cahier des charges" and "Specifications" occur? What other term can I use for "Cahier des charges"?
Here is the definition of both terms as in their glossary:

Cahier des Charges : le document établi par le Client et définissant les Services ou l’ensemble de Services spécifiques envoyés par le Client au Prestataire afin d'obtenir une Proposition telle que visée à l'Article 7 du Contrat.

Spécifications : le référentiel de conformité des Services de type "Projet" défini à partir des besoins du Client tels que décrits dans le Cahier des Charges, et inclus dans la Proposition du Prestataire, le cas échéant complété, une fois celles-ci arrêtées, par les spécifications détaillées.

Statement of Work
