Je ne comprends pas du tout ce qu'un prix "relevé"...

Acabo de ver que "relevé" tiene acepción en hípica :
ÉQUIT., MAN. Pas relevé. Pas d'un cheval qui lève haut ses sabots. On entendait nettement sur la terre sèche de la route le pas souple et relevé d'un cheval. (Fuente CNRTL).
Aquí significa que la carrera fue muy enérgica, muy viva, de ahí mis propuestas.
