São caminhos da conversa que o vendedor deveria seguir, dependendo da situação, ou objeção, que o interessado apresentar. Para cada situação, há um trilho diferente para ser adotado ou seguido. Entendo que este é o sentido do inglês, são direções a serem tomadas (em palavras) pelo vendedor conforme a situação.
