This comes from a French commercial lease under the heading "DESTINATION DES LIEUX":

"Cette destination est autorisée sous réserve que l'exploitation des lieux soit organisée de façon à ne créer aucun trouble au voisinage notamment en ce qui concerne le droit, la chaleur ou les odeurs"

The use of "droit" seems a little odd here to me. Should it possibly read "bruit", or, if it is right, what might it mean in this context?

Explanation:
I don't think it's a typo. Without any other context it's difficult to know exactly, but my guess is that along with annoying odors, etc., the use of whatever should not cause any issues of trampling on the privileges of others.
